Good morning, world🌞

Each day, each moment is an opportunity to choose a new pattern, a new habit, a new direction in life. Today I chose to care for my body, something I rarely (basically never) do.

This yoga routine has been my go-to for nearly 15 years. It’s simple, it makes me feel incredible and allows me to stretch my body in the places that I need it most. But, it’s been years since I’ve done this. Today is a new today, and I want this to become part of my daily routine so this is how I started my morning. And I ended it at 8:08, which is one of my angel numbers! It feels so good to honor my body, mind and soul in simple ways.✨

Today my wish for you is that you choose to do something that makes your body feel good. Whether that’s with movement or nourishment through food, do something your physical body will thank you for.💪🏼

Throwback to April 8th, 2024 - the total solar eclipse 🌑 I still find it amusing that my dad started a fire just before we watched the eclipse in upstate NY. Little does he know that fires are a powerful way to channel energy.🔥🌀 And then just two days shy of being one year later our fiery little Aries boy was born. I definitely channel and manifest better when I’m in Keuka.💧
