Attention Indiana Waiver Providers
The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) has announced an accelerated provider revalidation plan that will affect many waiver providers over the next two years.
If you are enrolled as a Waiver Provider (Provider Type 32), you may be required to complete revalidation sooner than your normal five-year cycle, even if you have recently completed enrollment updates.
IHCP will notify providers of upcoming revalidation requirements through:
✅ Letters mailed to the address on file
✅ Notifications in the IHCP Provider Healthcare Portal
✅ Upcoming revalidation schedules posted online
⚠️ Important: Providers who do not complete revalidation by their assigned due date will be disenrolled from IHCP and will be required to complete a new enrollment application.
We encourage all waiver providers to:
✔️ Verify that your contact information is current with IHCP
✔️ Regularly monitor your mail and IHCP Provider Portal messages
✔️ Watch for revalidation notices and deadlines
