🍫🥥 National Chocolate Macaroon Day calls for Bubby’s Choco-Coconut Macaroons!
Compared to traditional coconut macaroons made with sweetened condensed milk and sweetened coconut, this recipe saves approximately 2,378 calories and nearly 300g of carbohydrates per batch—about 132 fewer calories and 16 fewer carbs per macaroon.

✨ Recipe:
• 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
• 3 egg whites
• 1/2 cup D’Allulose
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp Corona D’Cafe Mas Mocha
• 1 tbsp Corona D’Cafe Vainillisima
Mix coconut, egg whites, D’Allulose, and salt. Divide in half. Add Mas Mocha to one half and Vainillisima to the other. Layer chocolate and vanilla mixtures into two-tone macaroons. Rest 15 minutes. Bake at 330°F for 22–25 minutes.
