But what if power actually looks like calm?

Calm enough to pause before responding.
Calm enough to not absorb everything around you.
Calm enough to choose yourself in the moment.

That’s a different kind of strength.
That’s the power move I’m choosing daily.

In a world that constantly asks us to perform,
we gave ourselves permission to pause…
to feel what’s real…
and to simply exist without judgment.

That is where the shift begins.

If nothing came up… that was enough.
If everything came up… that was welcome too.

Holding space is not about doing more
it’s about being present with what is.
