For Stanley Vischak, Manager of Contracts and Operations Compliance, that idea connects back to one of his favorite travel experiences: visiting Japan.

While exploring Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo, Stan noticed something that stuck with him, people moved with purpose. Everyone seemed focused, intentional, and driven by where they were going.

It’s a mindset he sees reflected at RepuCare.

“Our team has a mission,” Stanley says. “We are driven. We work with purpose.”

For Andrew Kramer, that perspective comes naturally. Andrew is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RepuCare and a playwright whose newest work, “Arlington, or Your Forgotten American Hero,” opens tonight at American Lives Theatre.
