Stepping Stones Cottages, LLC is looking for dependable, compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team in the Inwood/Martinsburg, WV area.
We provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and we’re looking for people who want a job where they can genuinely make a difference.
☀️ DAY SHIFT: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🌙 NIGHT SHIFT: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
📅 Applicants MUST be available to work at least ONE weekend day OR night shift every week.
✨ WHAT WE OFFER:
• Set 12-hour shifts

✅ REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass WV/Federal background check
• Dependable and reliable
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living needs
• Willing to complete required training
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
