Hi Friends!
Check out these great opportunities.

Some of the members of our club will have artwork at Amplified Rainbow III. The opening reception will be August 14th from 5:00 to 7:00 at Public Space One Close House. There will be food and drink provided and you will have a chance to meet some of the artists. You can see the show from Aug 14th to the 29th.

Free Community Art Sunday is hosting a collage workshop this Sunday, Aug 17th. You can come make a collage with us from 12-3 at the Wright House of Fashion. You can bring your own supplies or use ours!

Hello Friends!
Check out these fliers for some amazing opportunities for ALL AGES in our community coming up this month! Here's a summary:

---April 12th 1-3:00pm: Free Adapted Challenge Course for people with disabilities at the University of Iowa Rec and Wellness. This is for all ages and hosted by Hawkathlon. See their mission statement in the flier below!
---April 17th at 6:00 pm: West High Community Inclusion Club is partnering with their Community Music Class to a free talent show with a variety of talent that is inclusive of all ability levels. Admission is free, but donations are accepted. See the attached flier for more information! This will be Adult CIC's April event, as we're encouraging our community to come support our friends at West High!
---Each Sunday 12-4pm: Free Community Art Session at the Wright House of Fashion on S. Gilbert Street. This is inclusive of all ages and ability levels. Please see the flier for address and more information about how you can attend and/or donate to this amazing event.

Hello Friends!
We wanted to pass along an opportunity happening next week. While this is not an official CIC Event, we're happy to support spreading the word and encourage our members to attend if you're able to! Here's a description from Englert's Community Engagement Coordinator:

"We would love to invite the Inclusion Club to our upcoming Disability Community Social at The Green House on March 28th from 4-6 pm. This event is open to folks with disabilities and allies, free and open to the public, and welcomes all ages! I've attached an event poster with more info!

The intention of this event is to create a safer space for conversation about disability in our community and provide space for the disability community to gather! The first half of the event will be a social and the second half of the event will be a community conversation and art exercise on accessible events led by Talya Mille."
