Can deadlifts cause pelvic floor tightness?.. Yes, if pressure isn’t controlled properly!

Why does core bracing make groin pain worse in some people?..

Core stability and bracing are not the same thing! Over-bracing increases downward pressure. Which means, groin and pelvic tissues get overloaded.
