Today I had my 2yr eye exam for new glasses and contact lenses. To my surprise my vision improved in my right eye. I guess healthy eating and taking carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E must be making a difference! I was also happy to hear that I do not need cataract surgery as my twin and childhood best friend both needed cataract surgery. Today I spent time gardening and feeling the beauty of being surrounded by nature. The glorious perfume of jasmine permeated the air and the almost dead roses that I bought at half price are thriving. The ivy that started wrapping itself around the pots I removed as it takes a stranglehold onto other plants and thus reminded me of how we need to be cognizant of our bodies and not ignore signs that tell us that we need to slow down, take a time out to nurture ourselves and that healing the body begins with our thoughts and faith in powers that move mountains and perform miracles daily. Positive thoughts and positive energy is paramount to the healing process. Negativity is dark and we need to move towards the light. Inner peace, global peace and hope is something we should all be striving for daily🙏🕊️🫶
