Good news! It is possible to reverse genetic osteoporosis. My latest dexa scan showed I reversed osteoporosis in my lumbar spine from -2.6 to -2.1 in 2 yrs at 71yrs old.

Today I had my 2yr eye exam for new glasses and contact lenses. To my surprise my vision improved in my right eye. I guess healthy eating and taking carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E must be making a difference! I was also happy to hear that I do not need cataract surgery as my twin and childhood best friend both needed cataract surgery. Itā€™s important to monitor our health especially since things change in our 70ā€™sā€¦
