The rules changed. But you were not informed.

If you’re in the Pause years, you’ve probably noticed that your body has a mind of its own.

It’s not cooperating no matter what you do. Everything that used to work…isn’t.

You’re gaining weight. Your energy has tanked. Sleep is something you chase. Your lab results are not going in the right direction.

Eventually, it’s easy to throw your hands up and think, What’s the point? I get it!

But what if the problem isn’t you?

What if you’re simply trying to use an old set of instructions for a body that has changed?

Welcome to the Women Of A Certain Age 28 Day Reset

Where we’ll look at:
Food differently.
Movement differently.
Muscle differently.
Sleep and stress differently.
Hormones and metabolism differently.

And where we'll talk about the labs that can help us see what's actually happening underneath the hood—rather than assuming that another diet or a GLP is the answer.

This is not a 28-day crash diet.
There are no gold stars for eating 1,200 calories.

And I’m not interested in helping you lose five pounds only to gain seven back.

I want to help you understand the body you live in now.

If this is you, then join me and other women just like you. For $30 off use this code EarlyReset2026 until Monday-September 14th

Cindy Dupuie discusses the importance of measuring fasting insulin and its role in identifying health trends before they become clinical issues.
The key points are as follows:
• Insulin Testing: Fasting insulin is not typically included in standard metabolic panels run by conventional doctors.
• Medical Approach: Conventional medicine often focuses on treating conditions like high A1C or high glucose with medication once a disease has already developed, rather than addressing insulin levels earlier.
• Predictive Value: Monitoring insulin levels can indicate if an individual is heading toward pre-diabetes or diabetes up to a decade before a diagnosis occurs.
• Insulin Resistance: When the body struggles to process carbohydrates and sugar, insulin levels rise to compensate.
• Adaptive Response: The body is highly adaptable; if meals consistently spike glucose levels, the body will adjust by keeping fasting insulin higher to manage those spikes.

We spend so much time talking about surviving menopause...

But what happens after?

One statistic stopped me in my tracks:

The #1 cause of death in postmenopausal women isn’t cancer.
It’s heart disease.

This conversation with Cindy Dupuie is a powerful reminder that just because the hot flashes fade doesn’t mean your health journey is over. The biggest changes are often happening beneath the surface.

This is exactly why we need to stop thinking about menopause as an ending and start seeing it as the beginning of protecting our long-term health.

🎙️ New episodes of Transforming 45 drop every Thursday on YouTube and your favourite listening platform.

What’s one thing you wish someone had told you about post-menopause?

Stop treating your gut, your hormones and your bones like they’re completely separate issues.

If you’re in your 40s or 50s and dealing with constant bloating, random fatigue, or worries about thinning bones, it’s easy to think you just have a few different problems popping up at once.

But the truth is, they are all deeply connected and the real breakdown usually starts right in your gut.

When your digestion is off and you aren’t absorbing nutrients properly, it triggers inflammation and knocks your hormones out of whack.

That hormonal change is exactly what can start accelerating bone loss.

You simply can’t fix your energy or protect your bones if your body isn’t actually absorbing the building blocks it needs from your food.

That’s why taking a big-picture approach is so important. Instead of just trying to cover up random symptoms, it’s about looking at the root cause.

Your body is a whole system, not just a list of symptoms.

Somewhere along the way, women moving through perimenopause and menopause started believing that feeling exhausted, foggy, anxious, inflamed, uncomfortable, or “not like themselves” was just something they had to accept.

I don’t believe that.

And I also don’t believe women need more overwhelming information thrown at them.

Which is why I’m looking for 10 perimenopausal or menopausal women to join me for my
5 day Grace Mini Challenge.

This is a free 5-day experience where we’ll meet 1:1 for just 25 minutes a day to focus on small, meaningful shifts that support your changing body.

And there's no charge to you. What's the catch? None, other than committing to show up for our designated 25 minute call 5 times for one week.

The reward?
✨Being heard
✨Getting answers.
✨Feeling better.

Unintended Consequences…
What isn’t being measured — matters.

What if one of the biggest medical shifts in women’s health came with huge consequences?

For over two decades, the conversation around HRT has focused heavily on one fear: Breast Cancer

But what if we didn’t fully measure the trade off?

What happened when millions of women abruptly stopped hormone therapy — or were/are told they should never consider it in the first place?

Did we adequately account for:
• cardiovascular health
• increased joint and ligament pain
• bone loss and fractures
• metabolic changes-diabetes
• cognitive health-Alzheimer's & dementia
• increased UTI's and urogenital pain
• quality of life

The conversation around menopause and HRT should never be reduced to one headline or one study interpretation.

Women deserve nuanced, individualized information so they can make informed decisions about their bodies, their risks, and their long-term health.

This isn’t about convincing every woman to take HRT.

It’s about asking better questions.
And finally measuring the whole picture.

This is just one of the many pieces of the puzzle we shed light on in my Grace In Transition Program.

Comment 'Grace' and I'll send you the link.

It’s quite amazing the lack of ability to connect the dots. And it happens ALL the time with n medicine. My HRT has supported my bone density quite well, yet since I’m now 68 they’re all of a sudden dangerous.
