Somewhere along the way, women moving through perimenopause and menopause started believing that feeling exhausted, foggy, anxious, inflamed, uncomfortable, or “not like themselves” was just something they had to accept.

I don’t believe that.

And I also don’t believe women need more overwhelming information thrown at them.

Which is why I’m looking for 10 perimenopausal or menopausal women to join me for my
5 day Grace Mini Challenge.

This is a free 5-day experience where we’ll meet 1:1 for just 25 minutes a day to focus on small, meaningful shifts that support your changing body.

And there's no charge to you. What's the catch? None, other than committing to show up for our designated 25 minute call 5 times for one week.

The reward?
✨Being heard
✨Getting answers.
✨Feeling better.

Unintended Consequences…
What isn’t being measured — matters.

What if one of the biggest medical shifts in women’s health came with huge consequences?

For over two decades, the conversation around HRT has focused heavily on one fear: Breast Cancer

But what if we didn’t fully measure the trade off?

What happened when millions of women abruptly stopped hormone therapy — or were/are told they should never consider it in the first place?

Did we adequately account for:
• cardiovascular health
• increased joint and ligament pain
• bone loss and fractures
• metabolic changes-diabetes
• cognitive health-Alzheimer's & dementia
• increased UTI's and urogenital pain
• quality of life

The conversation around menopause and HRT should never be reduced to one headline or one study interpretation.

Women deserve nuanced, individualized information so they can make informed decisions about their bodies, their risks, and their long-term health.

This isn’t about convincing every woman to take HRT.

It’s about asking better questions.
And finally measuring the whole picture.

This is just one of the many pieces of the puzzle we shed light on in my Grace In Transition Program.

It’s quite amazing the lack of ability to connect the dots. And it happens ALL the time with n medicine. My HRT has supported my bone density quite well, yet since I’m now 68 they’re all of a sudden dangerous.

Does the peri/menopause space ever feel like a jungle?

There’s too much information, but somehow still not enough clarity.
Social media says one thing.
Google says another.
Your girlfriends swear by something else.
And your doctor may not even be willing to have the conversation.

No wonder so many women feel confused, dismissed, and unsure which way to turn.

That’s exactly why I’m hosting a FREE Ask Me Anything Perimenopause + Menopause Jam Session on April 22nd at 4:30 PM PDT.

During this session, I’ll be answering the most common questions I hear every day in my clinical practice, including questions around:

✨ hormone replacement therapy (HRT)-when to start and stop
✨ strange symptoms that seem to come out of nowhere
✨ If there’s familial breast cancer is HRT out?
✨ body composition + weight shifts
✨ bone health-when to test
✨ what to ask your provider-including labs
✨ what should be asked but often isn’t

And yes… there will absolutely be time for your questions too.

But here’s the important part:
Even if you don’t know what to ask yet, you should still come.

Some of the most valuable questions are the ones women didn’t realize they needed to ask until they heard someone else say it out loud.

After more than 20 years in functional medicine and nearly 25 years personally living in the menopause space, I know how to help women connect the dots in a way that feels grounded, clear, and empowering.

Is estrogen more than just a hormone for women?
🤔Drop a 💪 if you’re curious about how estrogen actually protects your heart and blood vessels!

Here’s the truth: estrogen is a powerhouse for your cardiovascular health.
It boosts nitric oxide, keeping your arteries flexible and blood flowing smoothly, which is key for maintaining healthy blood pressure.

Not only that, but it balances cholesterol—raising good HDL and lowering LDL—plus fights inflammation and oxidative stress that can damage your vessels.

And guess what? It even supports energy production in your cells, including your heart muscle. Basically, estrogen does more than we think to keep our bodies running at their best—especially as we age.

Worth thinking about how hormones influence your health beyond what we usually hear.

What’s one thing you didn’t know about estrogen? Let me know below!👇

We’ve been told for decades that estrogen and progesterone are just about reproduction.
They’re not.

They are system-regulating hormones that impact your brain, bones, heart, metabolism, mood…your entire body.

And yet—
So many women are never even offered a real conversation about their options.

Not about prevention.
Not about quality of life.
Not about maintaining independence as they age.

When the conversation disappears…
informed choice disappears with it.

And that’s the part that doesn’t sit right with me.

If you want the full picture—what these hormones actually do, why this matters, and what you should be asking for—
👉 Head to the full video (7.5 min) linked in my bio.

This is information every woman deserves to have.
