Somewhere along the way, women moving through perimenopause and menopause started believing that feeling exhausted, foggy, anxious, inflamed, uncomfortable, or “not like themselves” was just something they had to accept.
I don’t believe that.
And I also don’t believe women need more overwhelming information thrown at them.
Which is why I’m looking for 10 perimenopausal or menopausal women to join me for my
5 day Grace Mini Challenge.
This is a free 5-day experience where we’ll meet 1:1 for just 25 minutes a day to focus on small, meaningful shifts that support your changing body.
