Pictured here is the Newport Beach 1st Battalion, 1st Marines, 1st Marine Division Memorial. It is dedicated to the men and women of 1/1 who gave their lives defending our nation and preserving our freedom.

Larz has more than 30 years of architectural experience, along with a strong foundation from his early career as a General Contractor. This unique background gives him a practical, solutions-driven approach that benefits both our team and our clients.

He has led projects across healthcare, education, and multi-family housing, and is especially skilled in managing teams, coordinating with agencies and authorities, and keeping projects aligned with schedules and budgets.

Happy Earth Day!

Our SHA team rolled up our sleeves and headed to the beach to give back to our local coastline. Spending the day cleaning up alongside one another is something we always look forward to, and it is a meaningful way to celebrate Earth Day.
