At LifeStyle Fitness we believe in challenging ourselves. We believe in targeted workout routines that are personal and tailored to you or small groups. The way we come with these targeted routines is by getting together and discussing what your goals are as well as evaluating where your current fitness level is at and coming up with a plan that is unique to you. With over 8 years of experience as

a certified professional trainer, I’m confident I can help you achieve your goals. I specialize in weight training, weight loss, core conditioning and nutritional guidance. Our prices vary depending on how often you come in, but they start at just $10 for the Saturday morning bootcamps. If you can come 4 times a week or more, the price is $25/session
If you come 3 times a week, the price is $30/session
If you come 2 times a week, the price is $35/session

2. Slam ball slam.
3. Single leg dead lift with an overhead press.

Repeat all three exercises consisting of five reps each, repeat 3 to 5 times
