How to Make White Beans with Parsley & Onion

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp OLIVE OIL

1/3 c PARSLEY (FRESH)

2 tbsp RED ONION (RAW)

1 c WHITE NAVY BEAN

1/2 whole LEMON

1/4 tsp CUMIN

1/4 tsp SALT (MINERAL SALT)

2 pinch BLACK PEPPER

PREPARATION OF THIS HEALTHY RECIPE
Soak the beans overnight, drain, and rinse. Put in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook until tender. Trick: When the beans are done, their skins will burst when you hold them in your hand and blow on them. Drain. Mix in the lemon juice, salt and pepper. After ten minutes, mix in remaining ingredients. Chill.
