My core is shaking but my out-of-office is ON. ✌🏽

A bottle told us to stay home and save money. That lasted about 2 seconds 😂

​We took a few days away from the studio for the first time in a while and honestly the place ran better without us. Full classes. Great energy. The team didn’t even blink.

​We’re back now and slightly offended that nobody panicked.

​If you’re in the DFW area and you’ve been putting off trying reformer Pilates this is your sign. The studio is locked in whether we’re there or not.

Every Sunday morning this man grabs the door frame like his LIFE depends on it just to avoid Pilates. 😭
