✨ Day 7 in Madeira ✨

And just like that… our final day of Madeira Magic! 💫

We started our last morning with an awesome yoga class, bringing all of our strength, balance and playfulness together… including a little hopping up into Pincha! 🙃🧘‍♀️

Then it was off for a little more exploring around this incredible island, soaking up those final views, adventures and moments together.

As our retreat came to a close, we gathered for a beautiful closing ceremony — a chance to reflect, celebrate, connect and honor all of the experiences we shared this week. ❤️

And then… we got fancy! ✨🥂 Our final night ended with an incredible dinner, lots of laughter, beautiful memories and a whole lot of gratitude.

What a week. What an island. What a group. What a magical adventure. 🌺🌊☀️

Madeira Magic will stay with us long after we leave this beautiful place. 💫❤️

Day 6: Jeeps, hikes, w**e & Yoga Nidra. We contain multitudes. 😂

We spent the day bouncing around Madeira by Jeep, hiking through more ridiculously beautiful scenery and, naturally, stopping to practice Dancer on the treetops because apparently we can’t just go on a normal hike. 🌿😂

Then came a very well-earned w**ery lunch with delicious food, w**e and absolutely no complaints from this group. 🍷

After a full day out, we switched up tonight’s class and finished with Yoga Nidra …30 minutes of lying down and doing essentially nothing. Possibly our most enthusiastically received class of the week. 😂

Adventure by day. Horizontal by night.

Day 6, nailed it. ❤️

✨ MADEIRA MAGIC — DAY FIVE ✨

Today’s theme was PLAY… and we definitely understood the assignment. 😜

We started the morning on our mats, moving, breathing and remembering that our practice and life doesn’t always have to be so serious. There’s magic in simply having FUN. ✨

Then we took that energy onto E-bikes 🚲🌿 to explore more of this beautiful island — with lots of laughs, gorgeous views and a whole lot of appreciation for the “E” in E-bike. 😂

A perfectly lazy afternoon to rest and recharge, followed by dinner together at the hotel and drinks, music and dancing at the bar overlooking the ocean. 💃🌊🥂

Move. Explore. Rest. Laugh. Dance. PLAY.

Day Five was a good one. ❤️✨

Hey, Westchester peeps! 🌧️🧘‍♀️

Apparently Thursday nights are the new rainy nights in New York 😂☔️

So… Mother Nature has other plans for our sunset yoga at Tarrytown House tonight, and we’re rolling with it!

Madeira Day 4 🌊🐬☀️…
How does it just keep getting better and better?! ✨

After breakfast, we hopped aboard a gorgeous yacht and headed out into the ocean for a day of pure magic. And then… as if Madeira hadn’t already given us enough, we found a live dolphin show right in the middle of the Atlantic! 🐬🌊

A huge pod of dolphins swam alongside our boat, playing and leaping through the water, giving us the most divine, unforgettable show. 💙

We swam in the crystal-clear ocean, soaked up the sunshine, and savored every second of this beautiful island life. Then it was back into town for a little lunch and some quick shopping before ending the day with yoga and another incredible dinner overlooking the water and, of course, the most delicious local fish. 🐟✨

The magic show just keeps going…🌺🌊☀️🐬

✨ Day 3 in Madeira ✨

We began the day with a deeply mindful yoga practice, slowing down and paying attention to the details… meeting each moment with wonder, curiosity, and presence. 🧘‍♀️🌿

Then we headed into the unbelievable city of Funchal! 🇵🇹 We wandered through the charming old town, admiring the beautifully painted doors, tasted fresh tropical fruit at the vibrant markets, and stood in awe of the magnificent Church of St.John the Evangelist and the incredible 16th and 17th century architecture woven throughout the city.

And somehow, Funchal manages to blend all of that history with beautiful, modern shopping and a vibrant energy that makes you want to keep exploring! ✨

We ended our day exactly as we needed to… with a beautiful Yin class, meditation, and then a very yummy dinner shared together. 💕🍷

So much beauty. So much presence. So much to be grateful for.

Now off to bed… because there’s more Madeira magic waiting for us tomorrow! 🌺🌊✨

Day 2 in Madeira 🌊✨

We started our second day with a slow flow overlooking the ocean, breathing, moving, and working out all those travel kinks while taking in the incredible views. 🧘‍♀️🌊

Then it was time for a little free time to explore before heading out on an unforgettable sunset adventure along the levadas. There is something truly magical about walking through Madeira’s lush landscapes as the light begins to change. 🌿🌅

We made our way to the beautiful coastal town of Câmara de Lobos, where we sampled a few local specialties…Nikita and Poncha! 🍹🇵🇹 …before ending the evening with a spectacular dinner as the sun set over the island.

Day 2 was pretty magical. And we’re only getting started. ✨❤️
