A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Members
Dear Members,
We want to share an important update with you about our location.
After a tumultuous week, and a great deal of thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close this location. While we know that change is never easy, especially when a place becomes part of your regular routine, we want you to know how incredibly grateful we are for the time you have spent with us and for the support you have shown our team over the years.
Most importantly, your membership is not ending.
Your current membership will continue to be honored at our other location, just a few minutes down the road. There is nothing special you need to do—simply come see us at the other location and continue enjoying your membership.
We are also excited about what this transition will allow us to do. By bringing our members, resources, and equipment together in one location, we will be able to focus our energy on creating an even better experience for you. Some of the equipment and amenities you have enjoyed here will be making the move with us as well.
We understand that this location may have become more than simply a place you visit. For many of you, it has been part of your routine, a place to take a little time for yourself, and a place where you have gotten to know our team. We don’t take that relationship for granted.
Although we are saying goodbye to this location, we are not saying goodbye to you. We sincerely hope you will make the short trip down the road and continue to be part of our community.
From all of us, thank you for your loyalty, your friendship, and your continued support. It has truly meant a great deal to us, and we look forward to welcoming you at our other location.
