HELLO TO ALL! Might be later in the day than expected but here is the update:
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST. I know it's lengthy, but it contains much needed information for you guys.
With our county in green phase, we felt the need to update you on the steps our studio is taking to safely reopen.
- We are currently NOT taking any new tattoo appointments or consultations until all of our postponed appointments from mid March have been rescheduled. If you have a previously scheduled appointment past June 9th, we will call you directly to check in.
- Over the next few weeks, all postponed appointments will be contacted directly to reschedule. Please be patient! This has been a difficult time on many levels. We appreciate your understanding ahead of time.
- The studio will operate by appointment only for the time being. All tattoo, piercing, and jewelry appointments MUST be scheduled with us directly by phone, email, or online ahead of time. Anyone under 18 years of age looking to schedule a piercing or jewelry appointment, please have a parent or legal guardian contact Joshua directly for details.
- If you feel sick or are visibly sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone showing symptoms of illness, you WILL need to reschedule. We are using the fourteen day timeframe as a guideline.
- This is not the time to rush the studio. We love you guys, but for the time being, please refrain from our usual random in-person visits.
- We will be wearing masks. Everyone in the studio will be required to as well. We will have surgical masks and hand sanitizer available at the front counter. We will be adjusting appointment times to allow for you to be 100% comfortable.
- Do not show up more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment. We have to adjust our protocol beyond what has always been in place. We NEED the time before your appointment to keep you safe and healthy. As our family of clientele, you know that we are happy to go into as much detail as you would like about the safety precautions that we have taken for you, ourselves, and all of our other clients.
We thank you for all of the love and support, the random check-ins, the calls, and the conversations that we have had with all of you over the past few months.
While we can't wait to operate normally, we do have to be conscious of the situations beyond our control. That being said, please be kind while we try to get up to full operating status. It has been rough on everyone, but we will get through it together as a community.
