‼️ NOW OFFERING at King Physical Therapy - Irwin‼️

We’re excited to now offer biofeedback as part of our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy services!

Biofeedback gives you real-time visual feedback about how your pelvic floor muscles are working. With guidance from your Doctor of Physical Therapy, you can actually see on the screen when your muscles are activating—and just as importantly, when they are relaxing.

This can be a great tool to help you:

* Better understand and connect with your pelvic floor muscles
* Improve muscle activation and coordination
* Learn how to properly relax the pelvic floor
* See whether you’re performing exercises the way you intend
* Track progress throughout your treatment

And yes—biofeedback can be performed non-invasively, depending on your individual needs and goals.

Pelvic floor therapy is about much more than simply doing Kegels. It’s about learning how your muscles function and how to control them—and biofeedback can help make that easier to understand.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is available with:

Why It Works Wednesday

Did you know that fear of falling can actually increase your risk of falling?😳⁉️

When you’re afraid of falling, it’s natural to move less. But over time, less activity can contribute to weakness, decreased balance, and even less confidence in your movement.

At King Physical Therapy, we use safe, progressive balance challenges to improve stability, build confidence, and help you stay active and independent in your everyday life.

Better balance. More confidence. Keep moving.💪

Your goals become our plan. Your progress is our purpose.
