Lauren earned her degree in Exercise and Health Science from the College of Saint Benedict before completing her PTA degree at ARCC. She chose physical therapy because she loves working with people, staying active, and helping others improve their everyday lives. 💪

Outside of work, Lauren lives in Elk River with her husband and enjoys 📚 reading, 🧁 cooking & baking, 🎣 fishing and being out on the boat, and spending time with her husband!

We are so excited to welcome Dr. Emily Reid, PT, DPT to the team! 💙

Emily graduated from Neumann University, where she played Division III softball 🥎, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Widener University in 2025. She loves treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries and helping patients get back to doing what they love!

Outside of work, Emily enjoys running, working out, spending time with her fiancé, and hanging out with her cats! 🏃‍♀️🐱💕

Retirement & June Babies 🎉💗

We have SO much to celebrate at PTC! 🥹💕

Our CFO, Cari, has officially retired! While we are so sad to see her go, we are incredibly grateful for everything she has brought to PTC. She is truly amazing and will be missed more than we can say! We are so excited for her and this next chapter of retirement. 💐✨

We celebrated Cari by bringing all of our OG PTC employees together for lunch-because a PTC legend deserves to be celebrated with the people who have been there from the beginning! 🥰

And on a MUCH happier note… we have THREE June babies within the PTC family! 👶🏼🎀💙 All three are absolutely perfect and beautiful, and we are completely obsessed with them AND their amazing mommas! 💕🍼
