Full day of eating maintaining 150 lb weight loss as a mom of 3 who just likes easy s**t ๐
Breakfast- protein coffee DUH. 2 shots espresso, munchies shake + oatmilk
2 scrambled eggs (fresh from the farm and were INSANELY GOOD), sourdough with light butter , 2 slices center cut bacon and some fresh berries
Lunch was a 93/7 burger patty, watermelon and some spicy dill pickle kettle chips with my energy of course
Snack- chicken salad from Walmart w/ ritz and crunchy grapes
Dinner- 2 chicken Cesar wraps made with some grilled chicken, bolthouse Caesar dressing, parm cheese and romaine. Used extreme wellness wraps!! Made some fries on the side (Oreida fast food fries are the BEST EVER)
2 small Hershey for dessert :)
