Wauconda highlights helped us put a quick video together. Our studio is getting busy and our current trainers don’t have much availability to take on new clients. There’s a demand for more classes and we see so much growth for our future!

Would love to find a trainer who has experience doing multiple disciplines. A yoga instructor and personal trainer would be great! But open to other opportunities if the instructor is a good fit for our community! We currently have an instructor in a mentorship. So we need an instructor who has experience teaching classes and personal training.

We are a small studio with a large community that is practicing functional strength training, yoga, massage therapy, nutrition counseling, and everyone being supportive of each other. And once you’re here it feels like family. So if you are someone who would enjoy a space like this. Please reach out!

Just warming up for my day of teaching multiple fitness classes, personal training sessions and 6 hours of massage therapy booked. I worked hard to get to this point of being strong. Take your time. Don’t rush it. And enjoy the ride!

Testimonial Tuesday! I truly believe frozen shoulder is best complimented with a combination of physical therapy and clinical massage therapy. Physical therapy often times doesn’t have enough time given to them to do the necessary body work needed to pull those adhered tissues apart. There’s multiple muscle groups involved and it takes time. And they don’t always have the skill set or grip strength that needs to be done. So they rely on tools that may only help a little but really can’t reach the restrictions under the shoulder blade. But they do know the strength training exercises that need to be implemented to help once those tissues are loosened up! So to help speed things up if you have this going on and referred to physical therapy for frozen shoulder. Don’t be afraid to book a massage to compliment the treatment! But I have also treated multiple frozen shoulders where Drs have said there was no other choice but to do surgery. And those clients no longer have any issues! I’m not gonna be able to treat everyone in every scenario. But I take a lot of pride in all the ones I have treated over the years when the client was left with two options. A full rotator cuff surgery or go check out my massage therapist guy in Island Lake.

After more than 5 years of keeping our fitness class prices the same, we’ve made a small adjustment to our class pricing.

Starting now:
✨ Drop-in class: $15
✨ 10-class package: $120 — just $12 per class

We’ve worked hard to keep our classes affordable while continuing to provide the quality, care, and community you’ve come to expect from us. Over the past several years, our operating costs, including electricity, which has more than quadrupled, have increased significantly.

We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support of our small business. Every class you take, package you purchase, and friend you bring through our doors truly makes a difference!

New massage prices will be in effect for any new bookings. I’ve been at my current rate for quite awhile and know I was one of the least expensive places around. I want to keep rates affordable for everyone! But it’s time to keep my rate more current with expenses rising. Plus I know what I’m capable of achieving with my bodywork and how much it can help!

New massage prices will be $100 for a hour and $150 for 90 minutes. I truly appreciate everyone that has supported us and look forward all the new things that are coming for our little gym!
