It's hard to put into words what it feels like to watch over a decade of your life unfold in a few seconds.

From 2013 to today... I see so much more than workouts. I see a younger version of myself who simply showed up. She had no idea where this journey would take her, but she kept choosing herself, one workout at a time.

Looking back, I'm incredibly proud of how far I've come, not because of how I look, but because of what I've built. Strength. Discipline. Resilience. Confidence. A body that carries me through life, not just through the gym.
Fitness has never been about chasing perfection. For me, it's one of the greatest investments you can make in your future. It's about longevity, health, and creating a life where you're strong enough to do the things you love for as long as possible.

The best part? I'm nowhere near finished.
