This is Laurel! She will be sharing her amazing knowledge of Pilates at Balance Point Pilates! Laurel was trained by Romana Krysanowska. Romana was trained by Joseph Pilates!! It’s very exciting to have a Pilates trainer like Laurel on the Eastside! I took a class with her today! She has so much to offer your body! I feel taller! Those little aches in my body are gone!!
