Qi Gong is a gentle practice that helps calm the nervous system, improve mobility, and build steady energy.

It’s one of the simplest ways to shift from stress mode into presence.

That’s why we’ve decided to start offering a weekly morning practice open to the public.

We will be hanging out, exploring a group guided meditation, some simple breath work, and reiki energy work. Afterwards we will spend some time chatting about the experience, pulling Oracle cards and creating some intentional art.

Open to all experience levels, beginners or advanced.

We’ll gather for guided meditation, simple breathwork, and gentle group reiki with Victoria & Brian, followed by optional sharing, oracle cards, and intentional art to help anchor your intentions.
