Our office will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day, and our Monday morning yoga class will be canceled. 🇺🇸
We will return to normal business hours Tuesday and look forward to seeing everyone then!

An evening to slow down, focus on your breath, calm the nervous system, and enjoy guided mindfulness in a peaceful atmosphere — followed by a soft gathering afterward to connect over light snacks and conversation.
✨ Thursday | Rest, Reflect, & Restore | 4:30 PM
A gentle evening centered around slow stretches, nervous system regulation, and rest, ending with quiet journaling time during the last 15 minutes to help you reflect and reset.
🧘♀️ Also be sure to sign up for our Yin Yoga classes offered later in the week, designed to help you slow down, release tension, and create space for deep rest and restoration.
