Do you feel anxious before bed?

If you’re anything like me, then the answer is yes. When the day slows down and the room is quiet; the thoughts of what I need to do or didn’t do, play over in my head. The stresses of everyday life creep in and I often find myself anxious and wide awake.

When I started my journey as an herbalist one of the first remedies I dedicated myself to was the benefits of chamomile.

I started to drink a cup of chamomile in the afternoon to see if it helped with my racing thoughts.

After a few days I noticed that not only did it help with the anxious feelings but I found myself resting more throughout the night.

Chamomile has many benefits but this one is a personal favorite of mine❤️
