Food addiction is real… and it’s a killer. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease…

I’m not an advocate for fasting as a sustainable weight loss strategy but if it helps to initially break the hold that sugar has on you then it’s worth a shot… followed by learning how to balance your diet and eat instinctively not compulsively.
