Sometimes finding your flow begins by stopping.

No notifications. No conversations. No list of things that need your attention. Just warm, salt-rich water supporting your body while the outside world gets quiet for a while.

Float therapy creates space to step away from the constant input of everyday life and simply rest. You don’t need to meditate. You don’t need to clear your mind. You don’t need to accomplish anything at all.

Some floats feel deeply restful. Some leave room for creativity or reflection. Sometimes you simply enjoy the rare experience of having nowhere else to be.

There’s no “right” way to float.

Just settle in, let the water hold you, and find your own flow. 💙
