We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Clinic Receptionist/Patient Coordinator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and coordinating their appointments and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
    •    Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
    •    Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and in person.
    •    Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
    •    Coordinate patient flow and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
    •    Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    •    Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
    •    Assist with marketing efforts and promotions to attract new patients.
Requirements:
    •    Previous experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting preferred.
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    •    Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    •    Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
    •    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
    •    Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
