Most constipation advice is not wrong exactly.
It is just incomplete in ways that matter
The result is spending money on things that work for a few days, stop, or never quite address why your gut is stuck in the first place.
Here is what most of it has in common 👇🏻
The advice targets the output without ever asking what is driving the slowdown. A footstool improves your position but does not change your motility. A stimulant laxative forces a movement but does not ask why one did not happen on its own. A magnesium supplement can help but the form completely changes what it actually does in your body.
Well-meaning advice given without context is still a guess.
And guessing is exactly what keeps people cycling through the same products for years.
