For student-athletes, performance starts long before game time.

Dr. Jacob Sinkoff recently joined to discuss two important ways high school athletes can stay healthy and perform their best: getting enough sleep and staying properly hydrated, especially when practices and games take place outdoors in the heat. These healthy habits can make a big difference throughout the sports season.

When injuries happen, IEP Urgent Care Jackson West is here to help. From sprains and strains to bumps, bruises and other sports-related injuries, our team is ready to get your athlete evaluated and on the road to recovery.
