Happy Easter! This is a reminder that you can wear an old dress, do you own hair and nails and it’s perfectly acceptable for a special occasion. You can eat leftovers, not make it a big “to-do” and you can be 5 minutes late. You don’t need a big Easter egg hunt or basket.

That was my Easter today. I am content with it. Also a reminder to remember what you are living for. Are you here to win the approval of others, family, friends or not? I’m not here for the approval of people. I hope you aren’t either.

Did you know forgetfulness, being easily distracted, difficulty concentrating and restlessness could be just anxiety and your dysregulated nervous system?

Does that sound like ADHD. That’s because they have the same symptoms. Make sure your nervous system is regulated before you get on a stimulant.

Also a criteria of adult ADHD is childhood ADHD. In addition to that PTSD and ADHD present the same in kids. So it could just be from childhood trauma or chronic stress. Don’t just right to the easy way out. Rule it all out first. ❤️❤️❤️

My hubby often sends me coffee when I’m at the office. He orders it and gets it delivered. A way to know if someone is worth marrying and being in relationship is the details they notice about you. He has all my favorite drinks saved. He keeps a list of things I mention, even if it’s random, which is do ALL the time. Iykyk!! He will randomly show up with things I have forgotten about. He is the best!! Almost 11 years in and he is still romancing me. Get you a partner who will never stop pursuing you. I never doubt he loves me. If you are questioning if someone loves you there might be something wrong.

It took me several frogs to get here. Luckily I didn’t marry any of them but only because they never wanted to marry me. That’s also a sign to leave, they aren’t willing to commit to you.

I do a lot of 1:1 relationship coaching in session with people. I’m NOT a couples counselor but I can help process things that happen in relationships and help you unlearn toxic things and heal from abusive relationships. Then get you ready for a healthy one.

I think soemthing that is often overlooked is that it’s really hard for people who were abused to have a healthy relationship. There is a lot you have to learn to undo and a lot to do. But what is right? You will question a lot of things. It’s hard. I can help!

Congratulations Vinny!!!!!!! He has graduated from good pup 101. He can do things like sit, stay, come, leave it, touch (his fav) and lay down. He is on his way to becoming a therapy dog. All of the obedience and manners come first. I’m so proud of him. He absolutely lovesssss it!
