Life Tree Women Care

Life Tree Women Care Life Tree Women Care Inc. offers culturally competent and safe care to every patient.

As many women have never seen a medical provider that is of the same ethnicity (which adds to the lack of connection), Life Tree Women Care ensures a staff that is of diverse ethnicities to increase connection and inclusion. The clinic’s location was specifically chosen as a place accessible to those relying on public transportation. Life Tree Women Care collaborates with other medical providers

and community services to bring balance and maintenance to healthy lives for all. The goal is to impact the trust the community has for the medical profession in a positive way.

“Too many women on the Westside lack access to effective and affordable care,” explained Co-Founder Jamie Neal, ARNP. “We want to change that while prioritizing healthcare services for all women with both quality and cultural competence."

Those first days home with a newborn come with a lot of new routines, and sometimes it’s the little things that make life easier.

That’s why we put together postpartum gift bags for our Life Tree moms with practical essentials like diapers, wipes, formula, pads, skincare samples, coupons, condoms, and helpful postpartum information.

We also add a few extra goodies when available, all meant to make those first days at home with your new baby a little easier.

Pregnancy leg cramps have a way of showing up at the worst possible time, often right in the middle of the night.

They become more common in the second and third trimesters, and while they can be uncomfortable, a few simple habits throughout the day may help.

Stretching, staying active, and keeping up with hydration are a few good places to start. If cramps are frequent or especially painful, be sure to mention them at your next appointment.

Life Tree Babies Friday! 💜

It’s always fun to see the little faces behind the pregnancies we’ve followed along the way.

We love celebrating these growing families and sharing some of the sweet Life Tree babies we’ve had the privilege of caring for along the way.

If you’re expecting, we’d love to get to know you, care for you throughout your pregnancy, and be part of your family’s journey too.

Your cycle can feel different from one week to the next, and there is a reason for that.

Hormone levels naturally shift throughout each phase, which can affect your energy, mood, sleep, and physical symptoms. While these changes are common, you know your body best.

If something feels unusually painful, disruptive, or different from your normal, it’s worth discussing with a trusted provider.

Meet Maurissa, our amazing MA Supervisor!

She’s someone our team and patients can count on to step in, solve a problem, answer a question, or simply make the day run a little smoother. Her dedication and willingness to help wherever she’s needed have made her such an important part of Life Tree Women Care.

Sleep doesn't always come easy, and for women, there's real science behind why.

Hormonal changes throughout life, from puberty and pregnancy to menopause, can affect how well and how long we sleep. And when sleep suffers, it can impact more than your energy, including heart health, metabolism, mood, and how your body experiences pain.

Quality sleep is an important part of your overall health.
