Climbers we need to think differently on how we do maintenance on our fingers, including our thumbs! Here is our client working on proprioception and stability work on his thumb! When we’re managing any sort injury case we’re looking to find four distinct phases: reducing irritation, maintaining irritation reduced , restoring function, and prevention. As we close out the year, here’s another success story that shows how important it is to have the right team around you in your scoliosis journey.
