Hydration is more important than you may think. Water makes up 60% of our body composition, it helps our tissues and cell membranes to remain moist and function correctly, acts as an internal shock absorber for our bodies, and helps deliver oxygen around our bodies along with many other functions.
Without being hydrated we cannot function properly nor perform at our best during activity.
