We are so excited and grateful to share that Jax Kids Aquatics has received the Step Into Swim grant again this year!
A huge thank you to Step Into Swim for continuing to invest in water safety and helping organizations like ours reach more children and families in our community.
This grant is especially meaningful to us because it helps us to bridge the gap for families who may not otherwise be able to afford adaptive swim lessons. We are always looking for ways to make sure every child has access to the skills and support they need to be safer around water.
Water safety is incredibly important for every child, but is especially critical for many of the children we serve, including children with autism who are at an increased risk for drowning. Teaching water safety and survival skills can truly be life-saving.
