What does it mean to be part of a team where your work truly matters?
For Michelle Yazzetti, it means having the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working alongside people who value, support and listen to one another.
We asked Michelle to share what her experience at RN Enterprises has been like, and this is what she had to say:
“I have loved my job from the very beginning because I've had the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Over time, that love has only grown, right alongside the company.
I feel truly valued, heard and supported. From my manager all the way up to the CEO. Knowing that I work for a company that listens to its employees and supports their ideas, while also having a direct manager who builds a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie is truly priceless.
I am incredibly grateful to be part of a company where the work we do genuinely matters, and where the people behind that work are valued and appreciated. I couldn't be more thankful for this opportunity and for the incredible team I get to be a part of. I'm proud of the work we accomplish together and grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, growing and contributing alongside people who truly care.
If you have an idea, there is no need to hesitate. We are encouraged to bring it up in any one of our cross-division meetings. Management genuinely pushes us to think outside the box, share our perspectives, and speak up with ideas that could make a difference. Our voices are valued and you never know where a simple idea or suggestion may lead.”
