Bittersweet news… ❤️🩹
After a great 3 year run, The Honey Collective is closing on 10/31.
I never imagined I would be writing that sentence. This little business has grown, changed, stretched me, and given me more than I ever could have imagined when we first opened our doors.
But sometimes the right decision isn’t the one you originally planned for.
With a new baby coming, maternity leave right around the corner, and a lot of changes behind the scenes—I’ve spent a lot of time praying about what the next season of my business is supposed to look like. And somewhere along the way, what I thought would feel like an ending started to feel a whole lot more like an opportunity to begin again.
So while The Honey Collective is closing, I am not.
I’m still tattooing. I’m still creating. I’m still bringing you the community, events, apparel, and experiences that have made this place feel like so much more than somewhere you come to get a tattoo.
I’m just doing it a little differently.
The Honey Collective gave me the space to figure out who I am as an artist and business owner. It introduced me to so many incredible people, gave me friendships I never would have had otherwise, and somehow turned clients into a whole little community that I’m incredibly proud of.
I will never look at this chapter as something that didn’t work out. It worked. It just did what it was supposed to do and more. And now I feel really at peace letting it go so it can transform into something new.
There are a LOT of exciting things I’ll be sharing over the next few weeks—including where you’ll find me & our apparel after maternity leave. 🤎
For now, we still have a month together at The Honey Collective, and I fully intend on making it a good one.
Thank you for showing up, booking appointments, shopping my shelves, coming to my events, sharing my posts, telling your friends about me and allowing me to build this crazy little dream.
What a freaking ride.
See you in the next chapter. 🤠
