I love Jesus, my hubby Nick, our boys Roman 23, Dallon 20 & Rocco 17, my momma (next door), our church family & small-town community. I started my health journey 11 years ago, just before turning 40. Yo-yo dieting had been a struggle my entire adult life. I gained 60lbs+ with each pregnancy, spending all of my 30s obese. I was never a fan of fad diets & always wanted to learn more about fueling my

body instead of just filling it. Losing 80lbs, finally reaching my goal weight & discovering a love of running that same year, I found what worked for me & maintained a healthy weight, until MENOPAUSE...and some old habits crept back in. Each year, for the last four years, I've gained a little back. Little by little a little becomes a lot! Whichever way you look at it. I'll never give up. My passion is to help women like me start their journey, find their balance, help transform their families & enjoy living healthy lives!
