What we’re looking for:
• Certified Medical Coder — Required
• 5+ years of orthopedic surgical coding experience
• Experience with surgical financial estimates, authorizations & referrals
• Strong understanding of insurance guidelines, payer policies & reimbursement
• EHR and practice management system experience
• Excellent communication, organization & multitasking skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
