Visited my Alma Mater, Life Chiropractic College West for a chiropractic conference a couple weeks ago. It was the first time back since I graduated 18 years ago!! So many memories, people, and educators who shaped me as a Chiropractor. Life’s motto is To Give, To Do, To Love, and To Serve from a place of abundance. It’s there I first got to be a part of a volunteer chiropractic mission - we called it Mission Trip America - and we served chiro care to Veterans and homeless in the San Francisco Bay Area. It’s that mission of service that has carried me through my career. Next was volunteering at an orphanage in India and at a medical clinic for the farmers in a rural area. Next opportunity was when I was practicing in Arequipa, Peru and we gave chiro care regularly to orphans with disabilities at an orphanage. While in Singapore, I founded a program for foreign domestic workers to receive monthly free of charge chiropractic care and yoga classes. Here in Jacksonville it’s time to fine the right opportunity to give back. Any ideas?!
