No one ever plans on becoming a caregiver overnight. When a loved one enters home hospice or needs around-the-clock care, families are thrown into an overwhelming world of medications, symptoms, and doctor updates with zero training.

We are actively building the solution. Check On Your Mom is currently partnering with the University of North Florida on Phase One development of our dedicated Caregiver App, a digital hub designed to help everyday families stay organized, track vital medical details, and communicate seamlessly with hospice nurses and doctors.

Some memories from losing my Mom still come back without warning.

Being there in her final moments was painful in ways I cannot fully explain but it was also a gift I will always carry with me.
Love and grief can live in the same memory.

Start the conversation about women’s health before it’s too late.

I lost my mom to endometrial cancer but we never talked about her health.

As a son, that can be a very awkward conversation to have with your mother but that awkward conversation could be the very thing that gets her in to see a doctor.

Recommend a pelvic exam. You can’t check for endometrial cancer like breast cancer.

Go with and ask questions.
Get involved.
Do it before it’s too late.
