Postpartum Baby + Me Yoga Returns for a 6 Week Series - Starting THURSDAY 5/14 1:30-2:45 PM with Jill Rodgers

Early postpartum can feel tender, overwhelming, beautiful, exhausting — sometimes all within the same hour. This offering is designed to support newly postpartum folks with care, community, and practices that honor the profound physical and emotional shifts of this season.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Classes include movement to support pelvic floor restoration and core stability, along with attention to the areas of the body working hardest during life with a newborn: backs, necks, shoulders, and chest. Each session also includes a gentle check-in circle, creating space to connect with others moving through similar experiences.

You are welcome with or without your pre-mobile baby. Feed, diaper, rock, rest, move — all of it belongs here. There will be opportunities to include baby in your practice, while also making space to care for yourself.

Series will run Thursdays 5/14, 5/21, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25 from 1:30-2:45 PM in person or via livestream.
