Hi everyone,

I've been a bit MIA on this page for a while so I am going to give you all an update on my life.

I am currently engaged and getting married this May! I am also a Respite Care Worker and a Music Teacher. I tend to stay busy (maybe too busy sometimes) but I am loving life.

Recently, I've also been busy working on Kinesiology clients, helping issues ranging from constant fatigue, severe insomnia, back and neck pain, and allergies.

I can't wait to get back to posting the stories from clients that I was able to see incredible results from their session.

I had a client who was struggling with severe allergies.

He would spend a good amount of time outside and by the end of the day his eyes and face would be puffy, swollen and he would be sneezing constantly.
We did 2 sessions 2.5 weeks apart. After the first session he could tell a noticeable difference.
During the 2nd session he was muscle tested to find the specific things he was allergic to. (ie. dust, mold, pollen, chemicals ect.)
Emotions have an effect on so many different areas in our bodies. For this client, there were a couple emotions from years ago that were triggering specific allergies. Something was a trauma to him and his body turned the emotional stress into an allergy.

After the 2nd session he is doing much better and does not notice his allergies anymore!

WE'VE MOVED!!
Precision Kinesiology has moved to a beautiful new office right here in Janesville! Yesterday was my first day working on clients out of my new space. It is a perfect location and fits all my needs in an office!

The past 2 weeks I have taken classes in SIPS 2 (Stress Indicator Point System) as well as Touch for Health.
Friday, the day after I finished classes, I was able to work on a client and balance him using the new techniques and procedures I learned in these classes.
So happy I am able to expand my knowledge in Energy Kinesiology even through Covid19!

During this time of life there are so many unknowns.
It's important to trust in something more than yourself, family, friends or even the Government. Put your full trust and hope in Christ. He is the only one who can give you ultimate peace, comfort, and encouragement.
I believe that God is the creator of the universe. That means He created the world, the bacteria and viruses around us, and your unique body. He knows how you handle your stress, how you cope with pain, and when you are anxious or worried.
He is there for you. He will always be with you and never leave you even if you are home alone during a pandemic that you don't know what is going to happen.
Put your stress, worries, and anxieties on God. He will carry you through this time.
Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
1 Peter 5:6‭-‬7
Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Today was a great day in the suburbs of Chicago working on clients.
We had some amazing results and it just proves to me over and over again how complex our bodies are and what a creative God we have!

Two months ago I did Energy Kinesiology on my sweet Grandpa. He was having sharp pain in his right leg. The pain would start near his toes and shoot up his ankle towards his calf. First I massaged his calf and activated the muscles. Then I did 45 minutes of Energy Kinesiology on him for that specific pain. As soon as we finished, he moved his leg and foot around and realized the pain was completely gone!

Here are a few pictures of my Grandpa and I as he battled cancer. He was the sweetest man. I am so happy I was able to help him and make him more comfortable during that time.
