Gut health plays a bigger role in your overall health than most people realize.

Your gut isn’t just responsible for digestion, it’s connected to so many systems in your body, including your immune system, hormones, energy levels, and even your mood.

Not all oils are created equal and choosing the right ones can make a bigger difference than you think.

Here’s a simple breakdown 👇

🚫 Oils to Limit or Avoid:

Highly processed oils like canola, corn, soybean, sunflower, safflower, and grapeseed oils are often high in omega-6 fats and prone to oxidation — which can contribute to inflammation when used in excess.

✅ Better Options:

Focus on more stable, whole-food-based oils like:
