Fall self-care checklist

A short list for closing out the month strong: sleep before screens, water before coffee, a short walk even when it's cold out, real food most of the time, and rest that's actually rest — not just collapsing on the couch (raises hand sheepishly).

None of this is complicated. It's just easy to skip. Consider this a helpful reminder.
