Horses have a remarkable way of inviting us to slow down.

Their presence can help us become more aware of our breathing, body language, emotions and the energy we are carrying.

Research on human horse interactions and equine assisted interventions has found benefits related to stress reduction, emotional regulation and connection.

Sometimes healing begins with simply feeling safe enough to pause.

That is part of what we create in our Sunrise Circles.

You don’t have to do it all alone.

Come join us in the circle.

Maybe this is what we’re really craving…

Not another thing to accomplish.

Not another version of ourselves to become.

But a place where we can exhale.

Where we can take off the armor for a little while.
Laugh.

Be honest.
Be witnessed.
Remember what lights us up.

Remember who we are underneath everything we carry.

There is a part of every woman that knows when she is living from her own truth and when she has gotten a little too far away from herself.

That’s why I love our women’s circles.

They aren’t about fixing yourself.

They’re about coming back to yourself.

And sometimes coming back looks surprisingly simple.

Getting outside.

Doing something that makes you feel alive.

Letting yourself be seen.

Being around women who understand.

Today felt different.

Not because everything in my life is suddenly easy. It isn't.

I've been rebuilding my life piece by piece.

Recovering from a severe concussion.

Navigating a long divorce.

Working full time.

Commuting.

Sharing my kids 50% of the time.

Building Mystic Hooves Healing from the ground up.

Creating a home for my babies with whatever I could afford, borrow, find, or repurpose.

And somewhere along the way, I had to find myself again.

Today I went back to the gym.

I took one hour for ME.

After a full day of running kids around, picking up furniture, working, building my business and handling life, I chose to stop and do something that makes me feel strong.

I walked out feeling fu***ng amazing.
This isn't just a gym selfie.
This is freedom.
This is choosing myself.

This is the woman who is still standing after everything and finally realizing she doesn't have to wait for life to become easier before she starts living it.

I'm rebuilding.

I'm becoming.

And I'm just getting started. 💛
