It’s time to complete athletic paperwork for the 2026–27 school year.

Many athletes still need to complete the REQUIRED UIL/JISD paperwork, including uploading a current sports physical, required for athletes 7th-12th grade.

Please get this completed as soon as possible so athletes are cleared and ready for the upcoming year!

🏈📣 It’s that time of year again! Athletic paperwork for the 2026–27 school year is now open and needs to be completed for all student-athletes.

We still have many athletes who need to complete the REQUIRED UIL/JISD paperwork, including uploading a current sports physical. All athletes 7th-12th require a physical.

Please take a few minutes to get this completed as soon as possible so athletes are cleared and ready for the upcoming year.

Please join us in welcoming Helen “Ella” Nelson to the Jarrell ISD Athletic Training staff!

Ella has recently passed her Board of Certification exam in Athletic Training and will be graduating from Tarleton State University next Friday. Over the past year, she has gained valuable hands-on experience working with Stephenville ISD athletes while completing her degree.

We are excited to have Ella join our team and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our student-athletes, student-aides, and the future of athletic training in Jarrell ISD. Welcome to the team, Ella!

Get Ready for the Upcoming Athletic Season!

Event Details
Date: May 6, 2026
Location: Jarrell High School Gym

Schedule:
4:30 PM – Current 6th & 7th Grade Students
5:00 PM – Current 8th & 9th Grade Students
5:30 PM – Current 10th & 11th Grade Students
Cost
Sports Physical: $25 (Cash or Check Only)

Athletes must bring completed and parent signed Medical History page with them.

Optional Heart Screening

Every year young athletes pass due to undiagnosed heart defects.
An additional heart screening will be available for $20—a valuable service that is not typically offered at this price in other settings.

Families must:

Sign up in advance using the QR code on the flyer
Complete payment ahead of time
Bring the completed consent form to the event
