Hey everyone one! Just wanted to give everyone an update. Katelyn got to come home Friday. She does have a new drain. She is not happy about that at all. Her bilirubin is decreasing. She is changing back to her normal color. Her eyes are still a little yellow but getting better. The Dr said she will have to go back every 2 to 3 week to enlarge there stricter in her bile duct. We ask for continued prayers!! We love yall!! TIA!!!

Well guys I have been very busy. Im sorry for not updating sooner. Katelyn has had several setbacks. Her liver was clogged but they got it unclogged but it has a stricter and has to be stretched. The drain was removed and now we have to go back and get her bile duct stretched because it is clogged up. Currently Katelyn is jaundiced due to her lever not working correctly. We are asking for continued prayers. We love Yall!! TIA!!

Ready for test. Katelyn is getting tired of the drain. Hopefully it can be removed soon. Maybe they will remove it today...

Well we have been out a week and now we are back for a drain exchange. The surgery duo is ready and waiting. Please pray...

Well we have been out a week and now we are back for a drain exchange. The surgery duo is ready and waiting. Please pray for pain relief and that this fluid is getting better and she doesn't need to keep. Wexarecasking for continued prayers. We love yall!!!TIA!!

Ok guys I know it been awhile but Katelyn has been through alot these last weeks. She has a blood clot in her right lung. She has had so much stuff going on but we are overcoming it. She is tired and cranky because she has been a pin cushion for blood work and IVs. The fluid around her heart is gone but she now has 2 drains. They did go back in and found that the stent they had placed had moved and was not helping the leak. They did replace the stent so hopefully it will get better and start healing. She also has gunk in her lungs so hopefully that will clear up also. Please continue to pray. We love yall!! TIA!!!

So we found out today that it is a bile leak. They removed over 4L of fluid today. We are still not sure about the fluid built up around her heart yet. They will recheck tomorrow. The will be going in to stop the bile leak tomorrow. We ask for continued prayers!! We love yall!! TIA!!

Well Katelyn is going to be admitted. They fould a very large fluid collection covering her entire abdomen, along with increased WBC. Please continue to pray. We love yall TIA.

Well we got home Wednesday and Katelyn has been so uncomfortable. Today she decided that she was going to have a nose bleed or something. We are at the ER trying to get everything checked out a see where the blood is coming from. We ask for your continued prayers. We love yall!!TIA!!!

Hello everyone!! Update for yall!! We have just a little bit of complications, her bilirubin keeps jumping all over the place, we are trying to get her pain under control and she is still on oxygen. Hopefully she will stabilize with everything soon. We ask for continued prayers. We love yall!! TIA.
