Sharing my latest blog post:

'When the Destroyer Came Calling'

What an eclipse, an archetype, and a Turkey Vulture taught me about endings, shadow, and the sacred work of letting go.

If this note stirred something in you, or if you find yourself standing at your own threshold of change, I would be honored to support you.

This season lives in the pause.
Between what has been and what is becoming.

In the Akashic Records, there is no judgment of how far you’ve come. Only a deep honoring of your courage, your becoming, and your truth.

May the holidays remind you that your soul’s wisdom is steady, ancient, and always available. You are already enough. You always were.

With warmth and devotion,
Your Sacred Truth ✨

For many years, I’ve committed to investing in sacred ‘retreats’ as a way to step out of the noise and distractions so prevalent in modern life and to connect more deeply with nature, presence and the whispers of my Soul.

The retreats connect me with other amazing people who feel called to do the same. 🙏

Retreats offer us the spaciousness to check in with ourselves, to reflect on the path we are walking and to release what no longer serves with our thoughts, patterns, perspectives and relationships.

Thank you to MacKinnon, Nilsson and Kolesar, and the Tula Vida herd.

Vida Foundation is committed to the welfare and empowerment of both horses and humans.

Tula Vida Ranch is an 85 acre eco-retreat center.

Tula Vida means balanced life. 😇🙏✨

“Everything that gives of light is silently enduring a burn.” — Viktor Frankl

There are seasons where the shadows feel heavy, where grief and uncertainty pull us under. But the burn isn’t failure — it’s alchemy.

If you’re feeling the fire, you’re not alone. The darkness is not the end; it’s part of the path back to your own light.

💛 Sending love to anyone walking through a tender season right now.

Life is beautiful and fragile. We are reminded of that every day as we see the beauty and chaos woven together. They are intricately linked to encourage us to choose LOVE, the highest expression of who we are. 💕😇✨

May 2025 bring you many blessings, deep connections, renewed strength and inner peace. May you know that no matter what is unfolding around you, all is well! 🙏🏻

With love and gratitude ✨💙✨
